Scottish Borders – Ban Decision Delayed
13th May 2014
Scottish Borders Council's Licensing Board met to discuss the possibility of banning e-cigarettes from bars and pubs.
The Royal Environment Health Institute of Scotland had asked all 32 Scottish local authorities to consider a ban on the devices in all licensed premises.
However, a decision could not be reached as they stated they did not have enough information and have therefore delayed the decision to a future meeting.
