E Cigarette Campaigners Take To Twitter

Significant numbers of vapers have been turning to social networks such as Twitter to protest against an EU ban on electronic cigarettes.

Such is the outrage felt by many that they successfully outranked Xfactor which is one of Twitters most popular hashtags.

In one hour the maximum number of tweets to #xfactor was just 630 but to #euecigban it was 18,000 and it seems that those responsible for decision making are monitoring tweets.

In addition an online petition has now reached nearly 30,000 supporters. Have you added your support yet?
