No justification for a Ban
28th May 2014
Kirsty Williams, leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats has said there is no justification for banning e-cigarettes in public places and it would be an "infringement of people's personal liberty."
She was leading a debate by individual members on 14 May 2014 when she said "I was supportive of the smoking ban" but the main reasons used by smokers for using electronic cigarettes are "to help them stop smoking or helping them stay stopped."
